1. Information we collect

Email address — only if you join the waitlist or send us a message. Nothing else is required to use the free composer.
Messages you send us — the name, email and text you submit through our contact form.
Anonymous usage analytics — we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is privacy-first: it uses no cookies and does not fingerprint or track you across sites. It tells us aggregate page views, not who you are.

2. How we use it

To send you launch updates and product news (only if you opted in).
To reply to your messages and support requests.
To understand which pages are useful and improve the product.

We do not sell your data, and we don’t send marketing you didn’t ask for. You can unsubscribe anytime.

3. The Replyr composer

The free composer runs in your browser. The offer details and text you paste in are processed locally to generate messages — we don’t store the leads or messages you create on our servers. When AI-powered features launch, any text sent for processing is used only to generate your reply and is not used to train models or shared for advertising.

4. Third-party services

Formspree — handles waitlist and contact form submissions (stores the email/message you submit).
Cloudflare — hosting-layer analytics and security (cookieless).
Hostinger — website hosting.

Each has its own privacy policy governing the limited data it processes on our behalf.

5. Your rights & choices

Ask us what data we hold about you, or to delete it — just email bizstartzco@gmail.com.
Unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message, or by emailing us.

6. Children

Replyr isn’t directed at anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

7. Changes

We may update this policy; we’ll change the “last updated” date above. Significant changes will be announced to waitlist subscribers.
